  • What is API error code 10486?
    • Error code 10486 is returned to merchants when a buyer’s Express Checkout payment fails due to a bad funding source (i.e. the transaction exceeds the buyers card limit, etc). If you receive this error code during a DoExpressCheckoutPayment or a DoAuthorization call, you have the ability to redirect your buyer back to the PayPal page to select an alternate funding source or to add a new funding source. Redirecting the buyer back to PayPal to select a different funding source eliminates the need to perform another SetExpressCheckout call to reinitiate the entire transaction flow, and also gives information to the buyer on how to complete the transaction (as opposed to getting stuck in an endless checkout loop).

  • Where is my order shipped from?
    • All of the orders are shipped from South Korea.

  • Do you provide tracking number?
    • Yes, we provide tracking number on both Standard and Express shipping after we shipped out your order. We will email you the tracking number or you may login your account to check after 3-5 days order placed. Please note that sometimes even though we dispatched your order, tracking number might be updated late. So your order might been shipped out although you have not received tracking number from us.

  • How do I change the shipment address for ordered package?
    • Please contact to us with new shipping address.
  • It’s been 15 days, I have not yet received anything from you?
    • Please be reminded that for International Registered Mail users, the shipping days are between 10 to 15 business days, which means they are excluded of the Saturday and Sunday. Of course, please add another 1~3 days of processing on top of the shipping days in your calculation. In addition, you can always check tracking status for more precise updates.

      Please contact us in the period of 15 to 20 business days from dispatched if you don't get your item(s). Otherwise, we would assume that the item(s) has been received.

      Parcel delivery to certain countries include Argentina, Russia, Brazil and Guam take longer time than standard time frame. Please allow up to 40 working days for delivery to these countries.

  • How long do I have to wait until my contacts are shipped out?

  • How long estimated delivery period?
    • Once your purchase is completed, the estimated delivery period is the sum of processing and shipping days. Please allow us no later than 1~3 working days of processing your orders before we ship the products to you. Please do take into account of the processing days on top of your shipping days. For example, if you have chosen international registered mail as your shipping option, please add 3 processing days to your calculation.   • What does my order status means?
    • Processed : We have received your payment and processing your order now. Parcel will be dispatched within 1~3 working days (not included holidays and weekend). Incomplete : We have not received your payment on your order. If you have made payment on your order but it show this status please contact us as soon as possible. Our system might fail to integrate the payment with your order. Open : Shipping is preparing. Shipped : Your order has been shipped out and tracking number is available in your order details.
  • Do you ship to P.O. Box address?
    • Yes, we do. However the local postal staff will probably leave you a notice and you will need to collect your parcel at post office nearby because our mail need your signature to receive the parcel.

      We do not ship to P.O. Box address on Expedited Mail. Please provide another address or we will dispatch your order by Standard Registered Mail.

  • Do you ship to FPO AP (united state ) address?
    • Yes, we do.We send with order tracking number. But it is a impossible order tracking.
  • What shipping method do you offer?
    • We offer Registered Airmail(Tracking O) and EMS Shipping(Tracking O).

Refund / Exchange

  • Are goods sold refundable?
    • Customer can request to cancel order if we have not proceed your order, which is normally have to be within few hours order placed. 100% of money payment will be refunded if your order has not been processed. If kpop2 has packed the order that is due to dispatch and customer wish to cancel order, 10% of payment will be charged and the rest can be returned to customer. If you wish to cancel your order while we had dispatched them, we are not able to cancel your order instead you may consider to do exchange.

  • I want to amend or change my order.
    • If customer wish to amend/change the order, no extra charge required if order has not been dispatched. We are not able to change order for you if the parcel has been dispatched. 

  • I received, but one pair was the wrong lenses.
    • If customer wish to amend/change the order, no extra charge required if order has not been dispatched. We are not able to change order for you if the parcel has been dispatched.

      In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or we sent you wrong item, please notify us the error by email to


      Less item received : Please notify us the problem by including your order ID. At most cases this would happen due to the item purchased is out of stock and our staff has not managed to inform buyer. KPOP2 will ask if the buyer want to have replacement lenses from other model or have money refund on out of stock item.


      Wrong item received : Please include your order ID and product code/prescription that you received, or you may take a photo of the product and attach it along the email. We will check our record if we made mistake and resend the correct items to you at our own expenses. You will not need to send back the wrong items to us. 


      Goods damaged in transit : Please include your order ID , take a photo of the item and attach it along with the email to us. We will resend the same item to you at our expenses. Customer is not allowed to choose other lenses as replacement. 


      Faulty/Defective item : Please include your order ID , take a photo of the item and attach it along with the email to us. Kindly provide more information about the item you received. We will evaluate the matter and offer solution based on different circumstance. 


      All replacement lenses will be the same pair as purchased unless KPOP2 agrees otherwise. We use Standard Registered Airmail to dispatch replacement order.


      Under certain circumstances if KPOP2 agree to send replacement lenses we may require customers to cut the original lenses into half before replacement lenses is sent.

  • I'm not seeing my credit card refund yet. How long does it take?
    • The funds will be credited back to your PayPal Account Balance. The time can vary as to the funding source the company uses, can be from 1 to 4 days or if an eCheck is used, can take up to 7 days.

  • Never received my product at all I just want a full refund.
    • We refund to your money without shipping cost. If you have a problem, contact us.



Circle Lens New User Guide

  • How big do i want my eyes to look like?
    • Diameter serves as a good base to understand how big is the circle lens and its coverage to your iris. However, it is the limbal ring, the black outer ring of the lens, contributing to the enlargement effect of a circle lens. Some circle lens has relatively small diameter but their enlargement effect is HUGE thanks to the limbal ring. In short, don’t shop for diameter only, but look at the limbal ring design at the same time.
  • How long can i wear circle lens?
    • Circle lenses have 5~6 months life span once the vial bottle is opened. For daily usage, circle lens can normally last 3 to 6 hours. However, some people do find it tiring/ drying up after few hours. For your information, circle lens has lower water contents than normal contact lens; therefore bring along ‘contact lens eye drop’ to moisture your eyes is essential. The rule of thumb of wearing circle lens, if you feel any pain or discomfort in your eyes, remove them immediately. On top of that, comfort level will deteriorate if the circle lens is badly taken care of as stubborn protein deposits on your lenses. Therefore, some cleaning kits are important. A good hygiene habit will enable the lens to last longer.

  • How many hours can I wear circle lenses, and can I wear circle lens every day?
    • Since the colored part will block oxygen supply to your eyes, we do not recommend to wear circle lens more than 6 hours a day. Also, we do not recommend to wear circle lenses everyday either.

      Please remember, it's always a good idea to take off circle lenses when you are tired or not in a good condition.

  • Does my lens look natural?
    • Circle lens seldom have all natural, vibrant and enlargement effect at the same time. Lenses with higher level of enlargement effect or vibrancy effect, they are less natural for certain. Please keep in mind when choosing a natural-looking lens, you are best advised to go for lenses without limbal ring or the color is not vibrant, and most importantly, blending well with your natural iris color.

  • What lens look best with my natural iris color?
    • Choose the color of lens which is similar or same to your natural iris color would yield the best result. Some lens comes with yellowish dots surrounding pupils area will help your eyes to blend with the lens especially for brown eyes group. Whereas for light eyes group, lens colors like green, blue, grey or even violet lenses can give good blending effect.
  • Is cosmetic contact lenses safe to wear?
    • Yes, if you follow the common soft contact lens instructions. That means washing the hands before handling the contact lens, not sharing your contact lens with others. We recommend no-rub Multi-purpose-solution for cleaning, rinsing, disinfecting and removing protein build-up.

      Please note not to wear contact lens any longer than 8 hours, and to remove lenses whenever you feel discomfort. It is also very important to clean your lens case every time you handle it.

  • Does my eyes pop? Does my eye catch attention?
    • With the coloring effect, some lens is more noticeable (sharp) than the other in catching attention. Most of the circle lens will show vibrant color if taken with camera flash or under the perfect lighting. A high level of vibrancy means that the lens is very noticeable even in room lighting or natural lighting. Basically, if you are walking on the street, everyone will be looking at you, that’s vibrant lens!

  • Will the colored contact lens look on my eyes like they do in your pictures?
    • They may and then again they may not. Our pictures are only meant to give you an idea of how the colored contact lens will look on the eyes. They can not be an exact representation because your underlining eye color has some effect as does the color values of your monitor. Basically, if you have dark eyes and want them to look bigger, choose ring circle lens. If you want to have darker eyes, then choose black circle lens. If you have fare colored eyes and want them to look bigger, choose any color you like but ring circle, which look rather unnatural.

Lens Care Guide

  • Can i soak the lens in saline?
    • No. Saline is not meant to disinfect circle lens. Saline is just for rinsing. You should soak your circle lens in multi-purpose disinfect solutions eg. Alcon Opti-Free, Clean Clear, Bausch & Lomb, ReNu, Complete, etc. But remember NOT to mix different brand of multi-purpose solutions.
  • Why my visions become blur when i wear circle lens?
    • First time wearer might experience blur in vision due to reduced amount of light that enter your eyes. However, you will slowly adapt to the changes after several times of wearing. Reaction of first time circle lens use include; tearing, redness and sensitivity to light, itchiness, increased blinking and movement of the lens. As your eyes adapt to wearing lenses, these symptoms will gradually diminish.
  • How often should i change the lens case?
    • It is recommended to change your lens case every 3 months to minimize the bacteria infection in the case.
  • How to wearing Circle Lens?
    • Note: Remember to soak the lens in solutions for at least 8 hours before wearing! 1. Wash your hand thoroughly before wearing circle lens 2. Rinse and dry your hand using a lint - free towel 3. Put the circle lens on your palm 4. You have to make sure that the lens is not flipped inside out - The lens is inside out if the edges flare up slightly 5. Next, place it on your forefinger 6. By using another hand, pull the edge of your upper and lower eyelid (to reduce blinking) 7. Look up and place the circle lens on your sclera (white of the eye) 8. Look downward to reposition the lens 9. Remove your hand from pulling the edge of your upper and lower eyelid 10. Close your eyes for a moment 11. Done! Friendly Note: * After inserting the lens back in your eyes, you have to rinse the case. * If your eyes get itchy, blur or become red, quickly see your optometrist. * If circle lens slides under your eyelid or displaced, look in the opposite direction and nudge it with your finger on your lid towards the pupil of your eye.
  • How to removing Circle Lens?
    • 1. Wash your hand thoroughly before removing circle lens, it is better if you use fragrance-free soap. 2. Your circle lens is supposed to be in the centered before removing it. 3. Pull the edge of your upper and lower eyelid (to reduce blinking) 4. Squeeze your circle lens gently. 5. Remove the circle lens. 6. Done!
  • How to storing Contact Lens?
    • 1. Put 3 or 4 drop of multiple purpose solution into lens case

      2. Put the circle lens on the palm of your hand

      3. Drop 2 or 3 of the solution on the lens, it is recommended to rub soft lenses in solution for 20 seconds, this will help removing germs but don't overdo because you might torn the lens.

      4. Place your circle lens into lens case

      5. Later, after you wear the lens, throw away the solution in the case and replace it with fresh solution before your store your lens again

      6. Done! Tips:

      * Soak the lens in multi-purpose solutions will disinfect the contact lens

      * Store contact lens case at room temperature

      * Ensure that the caps of lens case is close tightly when not in use

      * Circle lens and lens' case need frequent cleaning to avoid contamination

      * Clean every day, even for extended-wear lenses. Remove protein every two weeks.

      * When you feel dry or discomfort while wearing circle lenses, use saline solutions or lubricating eye drops.

  • Things you can't do!
    • Don't put damaged circle lens in your eyes because this will damage your cornea

      Don't apply makeup before inserting your circle lens

      Don't use saline to disinfect and soak your lens

      Don't allow soaps, cosmetics, etc. to reach with your circle lens
