Cancel Order: Should you wish to cancel your order after payment has been made, kindly contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Please note that a 15% administration fee will apply to cancellations after payment. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you can return the product according to our return policy.

Order Exchange: If you'd like to exchange your order for a different product, please get in touch with our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide instructions for returning the original product. The item being exchanged must be in its original, unopened condition, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs related to the exchange.

Return Order: If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of receiving the product. Contact our customer service team for a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with the return. The product must be in its original, unopened condition, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs related to the return. Should the return be due to a defective or damaged product, we will cover the shipping costs.

Important Note: Products eligible for exchange or return must be in their original, unopened condition. To verify the product's condition, please send us a photo of the item along with a photo of the packaging we sent you. A 15% administration fee will apply for cancellations after payment. In the case of an unavailable product, a full refund will be issued. All shipping costs for exchanges and returns are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or damaged.
