KPOP2 PAYMENT METHODS & SECURITY
Review your order in USD, pay with a supported card, and know what to expect from verification through refund posting.
01 · PAYMENT METHODS
Use a card from one of the networks below. The payment options shown during checkout are always the final, up-to-date source for your order and location.
If your card uses another currency, your card issuer determines the exchange rate and may add a foreign transaction or conversion fee. These charges are not set by KPOP2.
02 · BEFORE YOU PAY
A quick review helps prevent issuer declines, delivery delays, and duplicate payment attempts.
Confirm color, power, quantity, and any prescription details before continuing.
Enter the name and billing address your card issuer has on file.
Your delivery address can be different. Verify the recipient, postal code, and phone number.
Review products, shipping, discounts, and the final amount before authorizing payment.
03 · VERIFICATION
Your card issuer may open an additional verification step, such as approval in a banking app or a one-time code. Complete that step in the issuer’s own screen, then return to checkout.
KEEP PAYMENT DETAILS PRIVATE
For support, share only your order number, the email used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue.
04 · AFTER YOU PAY
Use your KPOP2 confirmation page and confirmation email—not the appearance of a card entry alone—to know whether an order was created.
You see an order number and receive a confirmation email. No further payment action is needed.
A temporary pending entry may appear while your issuer completes or releases an authorization. Avoid repeated checkout attempts.
Check the card details and billing address. Your issuer can explain a decline; KPOP2 cannot override its decision.
PAYMENT TROUBLESHOOTING
Confirm the card number, expiry date, security code, available funds, and billing address. If it still fails, contact your card issuer.
Return to checkout once, allow pop-ups or banking-app approval, and complete the issuer’s prompt. Do not share the code with anyone.
Stop retrying and first check for a KPOP2 order number or confirmation email. Pending authorizations are managed by your issuer.
Check spam and promotions folders, then contact us with your email, approximate payment time, and the last four digits only.

PAYMENT FAQ
KPOP2 currently lists Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. The options displayed at checkout are the final source for your order and location.
Checkout is in USD. If your card account uses another currency, your issuer sets the conversion rate and may charge an additional fee.
Yes. Your billing address should match your issuer’s records, while the delivery address should be where you want the parcel sent.
Your card issuer may request an additional identity check. Follow the instructions shown by your issuer and never share a password or one-time code with KPOP2.
Do not retry repeatedly. Look for a KPOP2 order number and confirmation email. If neither appears, contact us and your issuer can explain the pending authorization.
A decline may relate to card details, billing information, available funds, online or international payment settings, or issuer security rules. Only your issuer can confirm the reason.
An approved refund is sent to the original payment method. If that card was replaced or expired, contact the issuer to confirm how the credit will be routed.
Send your order number, checkout email, approximate payment time, and a description of what you saw. If needed, use only the last four card digits—never the full number or security code.
