📢 Emergency Shipping Notice – United States

Standard shipping to the United States has been suspended from August 21, 2025, until further notice.

For U.S. orders, we collect the pre-clearance charges at checkout — the shipping cost plus the estimated import taxes and customs clearance fees required before customs release — and ship after payment. Any additional taxes assessed after customs clearance (e.g., state or local taxes) are not included and must be paid by the recipient.

Note: FedEx may need to contact you for customs clearance.
If the address is incorrect, you are unreachable, or import duties are not paid,

  • After-clearance taxes: Any taxes assessed after customs clearance (e.g., state/local taxes) are not included at checkout and must be paid by the recipient.
  • Know your rules: Please check your country’s current customs policies and personal import limits before ordering.
  • Returns due to customs issues: A partial refund may be issued after the parcel returns to Korea, minus round-trip shipping and any duties/clearance fees charged to us. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
