Return & Exchange Policy

At KPOP2, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please review this policy to understand the terms for returns, exchanges, refunds, and customs responsibilities before proceeding.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are eligible under the following conditions:

  • Unused and Unopened: Items must remain in their original, sealed packaging with all labels and tags intact.
  • Request Deadline: Requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: Only items damaged, defective, or sent in error by KPOP2 are eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used contact lenses and cosmetics, customized products, and clearance or final-sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective or incorrect.


2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

If your item meets the eligibility criteria, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email cs@kpop2.com with your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and photos of the item.
  2. Approval & Instructions: If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Prepare the Package: Securely pack the item, including all original components (manuals, accessories, free gifts).
  4. Ship the Item: Use a trackable shipping method to send the item to the address provided. KPOP2 is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds for approved returns will be processed as follows:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by KPOP2 (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
  • Partial Refunds: Refunds may be reduced for items returned with missing components or damaged packaging.

4. Exchanges

We provide exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Eligibility: Only items with defects or errors caused by KPOP2 are eligible for exchange.
  • Replacement Availability: If the requested replacement is unavailable, an equivalent item or refund will be offered.
  • Processing Time: Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • For Defective or Incorrect Items: KPOP2 will cover return shipping costs up to US$25. For costs exceeding this amount, prior approval from KPOP2 is required.
  • For Non-Defective Items: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Unauthorized Costs: Returns shipped without prior approval for additional costs may be rejected.

6. Important Notes for International Customers

  • Customs Responsibility (Global): Depending on the destination country, orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility. KPOP2 is not responsible for any unpaid customs charges. Please check current customs policies and personal import rules before ordering.
  • U.S. Orders (Pre-clearance Charges): For shipments to the United States, we collect the pre-clearance charges at checkout—the shipping cost plus the estimated import taxes and customs clearance fees required before customs release—and dispatch after payment. Any additional taxes assessed after customs clearance (e.g., state or local taxes) are not included and must be paid by the recipient.
  • Returns Caused by Customs Issues: If a shipment is returned due to customs issues, a partial refund will be issued after the parcel arrives back at the point of origin, minus round-trip shipping and any additional charges incurred (e.g., return handling or clearance fees). Refunds are processed sequentially.
  • Delays Outside Our Control: Customs review, local regulations, or courier actions may cause delays. KPOP2 complies with South Korean export requirements but cannot control destination-country procedures.

7. Reporting Issues

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email cs@kpop2.com within 3 days of delivery. Attach photos and a detailed description for prompt assistance.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrect:

  • Opened or used contact lenses and cosmetics.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Clearance or final-sale items.
