Replacement / Damaged Policy

Products received within 7 days may only be returned or exchanged for defective products. The first day of the grace period begins on the day you arrive at your product. The definition of defects is as follows.

The product has torn or broken in the sealed bottle.
The product appears strange in a sealed bottle
The product has expired in the sealed bottle.

If the Product is torn, damaged, or expired, Customer will use photographs of the Product as evidence to proceed with the replacement process. If there is no picture, it can not be replaced. Returned defective products are thoroughly inspected. If your product shows signs of use, no exchange or refund policy applies.

Return and exchange policy

If you would like to proceed with the exchange case, please give us some caveats. Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. The customer must bear the cost of re-shipping. Only when the condition of the product can be resold through our inspection is possible. (Unopened)
KPOP2 reserves the right not to accept complaints after a 7 days grace period. Claims other than product complaints are handled on a case-by-case basis.


Cancellation policy

Please inform us immediately to cancel your order once payment is due for any reason. However, refunds will be refunded to your account as virtual money. Virtual Money can be used at the same time as cash. Shipping costs are non-refundable to cancel orders after the product has been shipped. Refunds will be processed only after the product is returned. If your parcel is returned, we will deduct shipping costs and refund your virtual money to your account.
