Confirm the exact lens identity
Start with the full product name, including brand, series, shade and replacement format. “Brown toric” is not enough to identify one lens. Similar names can belong to regular and toric versions, different replacement schedules or different option ranges.
Made-to-order status describes how the item is prepared for the order. It does not mean that any requested specification can be manufactured, and it does not make a related product interchangeable. Save the exact product URL with the name so customer service and the buyer are referring to the same listing.
Keep appearance and prescription decisions separate
Shade and graphic design answer an appearance question. The prescribed model and complete optical configuration answer an ordering question. Resolve the exact lens requirements first; compare the visual effect only among appropriate candidates. Write a complete record for each eye
Create two compact rows labeled Left and Right. Record sphere (SPH), cylinder (CYL) and axis (AXIS) exactly as supplied for the prescribed lens. Keep minus signs, decimal values and axis degrees visible. If base curve, diameter or another model-specific field is required, keep it with the same row.
Do not assume both eyes match because their sphere values are equal. The cylinder or axis may differ. Likewise, do not copy the first eye’s selections into the second merely because the storefront remembers a previous value. Autofill can reduce typing, but every remembered value still needs confirmation before purchase.

Ask a precise availability question
Provide the exact product URL and the full required combination for the relevant eye through the appropriate private support channel. Ask whether that combination is offered and currently orderable. Avoid posting prescription documents or personal information in public comments or reviews.
Translate box contents into quantity
Read whether the displayed price represents one individual lens, one box containing multiple lenses or a two-box offer. A one-lens box is not a pair. If both eyes use the made-to-order product, the order needs one appropriate lens for each eye.
When the two eyes require different configurations, quantity two at one saved selection is not the same as one correctly configured unit for each eye. Confirm how the storefront records left and right choices and then read the cart lines after adding the item.
